Our President and Founder, Enrique Ruiz-Miranda, PE, RLS, PPL, FNSPE, has worked for over 40 years in the construction industry and has a vast and successful experience in planning, design, and overall management of multiple construction projects. Engineer Ruiz is a licensed professional engineer and a licensed planner with extensive knowledge of local codes, laws, permits, construction materials and practices. He has furthered his education with courses in construction management, value engineering, and a variety of other technical aspects of the engineering profession. Throughout his career he has been a leader in the engineering profession with his active participation in professional organizations. Engineer Ruiz is a former president of the Panamerican Union of Engineering Associations (UPADI), former President of the Puerto Rico College of Engineers and Surveyors (CIAPR), former President of the Puerto Rico Society of Professional Engineers and former Vice-President of Finance for the Iberoamerican Federation of Civil Engineers.

Marangeli Ruiz-Del-Valle, PE - Vice-President, and industrial engineer with over 18 years of experience, oversees the general operations with emphasis on contract management, finance and human resources.

Also on staff is Pedro Moreno-D'Andrade, PE - Vice President of Operations, with more than 40 years of experience, is currently responsible for the overall quality of our products and services and the effective performance of the project team. In addition, some of our key personnel include engineers Edison Parés and Ferdinand Rosa in energy management; engineer Alexander Cintrón in electrical engineering; and architects Luis Aponte and Douglas Nieves for architectural services.
