ERA PSC is committed to providing our clients with efficient energy solutions. Much of our recent work has been focused on integrating the use of renewable sources of energy into our projects. We have also focused our efforts in performing energy audits and finding cost effective technology to reduce the consumption and cost of energy for our clients. Our Team has completed many and varied facilities projects that include local and federal facilities, sports and recreational facilities, office and recreational facilities. ERA is thoroughly familiar with Federal Government criteria having designed over thirty (30) projects for the U.S. Navy, the Federal Aviation Agency (FAA), the National Forest Service, the National Guard, and for the U.S. Army (through the Corps of Engineers).
ERA completed need assessments, design of improvements and support during construction of projects for Special Communities in the municipalities of Ponce, Peñuelas, Utuado, Adjuntas, Lares and San Sebastián that included the general infrastructure such as drainage, water and sanitary systems, sidewalks, roads, primary electrical distribution, and sports facilities and community centers.
ERA has successfully completed a great number of projects for the Puerto Rico Ports Authority (PRPA) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
ERA has worked on the improvement and comprehensive modernizaton of many public housing projects for the Puerto Rico Public Housing Administration. The most recent comprehensive modernization projects under construction are San Martín Public Housing project in San Juan, at a construction cost of $19 millions and La Meseta Public Housing project in Arecibo, at a construction cost of $24 millions. Era was responsible for the comprehensive modernizaton of these projects.
ERA has been providing inspection services that in general include monitoring and documenting progesss and completion of all project tasks with periodic inspection reports, verifying that the project is constructed in accordance with applicable federal and local construction laws and regulations and meeting the owners objectives.
